Hi, I’m Dr. Annie Ledvina

I've spent more than 25 years caring for patients, as a registered nurse, midwife, nurse practitioner, and now as an emergency physician. Every step of that journey shaped the physician I am today, but it also left me asking a bigger question:

"How do we create health, not just treat disease?"

  • One that respects the science and rigor of conventional medicine while recognizing that it's only part of the picture. One that's willing to ask better questions, stay curious, continue learning, and look beyond "everything looks normal" when someone knows they don't feel well.

  • That commitment has led me to pursue ongoing education in hormones, metabolism, nutrition, and integrative medicine with nationally recognized physicians and organizations, including Dr. Aviva Romm and WorldLink Medical. Medicine continues to evolve, and I believe physicians should, too.

  • Too many people have come to believe that exhaustion, weight gain, poor sleep, brain fog, chronic aches, or simply feeling "off" are inevitable parts of getting older. I don't believe that. I believe health is something we can build.
